Can you remove bamboo so it does not come back?
Yes. Full root removal extracts the root zone, which is what stops future regrowth. Cutting bamboo off at the surface is not enough — that is why we assess the species and root spread first.
I want to keep my bamboo screen — can you just tidy it?
Yes. Pruning for privacy keeps the stand dense and well-shaped, and containment trimming keeps it within its boundaries so it does not spread into paths, pipes or the neighbour’s garden.
What do you do with the bamboo you remove?
All material is chipped, mulched or removed — the site is left clean.
